Each is machined on a special gear cutting machine then tested for accuracy post production.The 1/10th pinion range are cut from 7075 Aluminium Alloy and hard coated to give a smooth and efficent gear whilst the 1/8th are machine cut from steel and then treated to cope with the rigours of the 1/8th Electro class.
