Shipping

All orders over £300 (Inc VAT) are shipped free of charge to a UK mainland address. All orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday are shipped the same day (Excluding national/bank holidays). Any orders placed outside of this, or at weekend will be shipped the next working day. Please feel free to specify your preferred shipping address during your checkout, this can be your work address or whatever may be convenient.

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process, relative to value, weight and size - The appropriate options for your order will be offered during checkout along with their respective cost for you to make your choice.

The typical services used to ship most UK mainland orders are;

    DPD Next Day - Next working day delivery, including end-to-end tracking with SMS text notification and E-Mail. Saturday Delivery option also available.

  Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Next working day delivery, including end-to-end tracking with SMS text notification and E-Mail. 

 Royal Mail Tracked 48 - 2 day delivery, including end-to-end tracking with SMS text notification and E-Mail.

   Royal Mail First Class Large Letter - 1-3 day delivery, suitable for small jiffy bags. Not a tracked service.

International Shipments

Answer-RC are a UK based company, but we do ship internationally to most European and International countries. If you are purchasing from us as an international customer, please be aware that you will not be charged any sales TAX at checkout by Answer-RC, but your countries appropriate sales tax and import duty will still be required to be paid to the delivery agent care/of your countries TAX/Import authority, these charges will be relative to the orders full declared value at the time of delivery. This also now applies to all EU customers and countries after the UK left the EU on 31/01/2020 (BREXIT).

Appropriate shipping options for international customers will be made available at checkout, relative to the orders size, weight and value.

Tracking Information

This will be provided automatically by the shipping company if tracking is applicable to the service specified, please ensure you input your E-Mail address and Mobile Telephone number during checkout; failure to do so may result in tracking information being unable to be provided unless you contact us on request. If you do not receive any E-Mail, please don't hesitate in contacting us and we will happy to provide this for you.

Collection

You are more than welcome to collect your order from us in person (Free of charge!). Simply select the collection option during the checkout process and feel free to leave a note for us if you are making arrangements to come down on a specific day, this can be done before finally completing your order in the note entry box. Once the order is processed and ready for collection, you will receive an order update E-Mail to confirm this.

Delivery at Race Meeting

This option is available periodically prior to us attending a race meeting, usually the 1/8 Rally-X UK National races, or other larger UK meetings which we may announce we are attending. This is a free of charge option and we will intend on delivering in person once we have arrived at the meeting.

Order Addition

If you need to add to an order which has not yet shipped, please complete your additional order and select this option during checkout. Please be aware we can't guarantee we can add to an existing order after 3pm, so please make us aware of any additions as soon as possible, even if you have not yet placed your order.

Please Note: Answer-RC reserve the right to alter the shipping option dependant on our own experience, however we will try to ensure an equivalent service to that which you have requested is used, and a partial refund processed if necessary for any reduction in cost.
