Ordering & Payment

Placing Orders

The easiest and most convenient way to place an order is via our website, however you are always welcome to call us should you prefer (We always like to talk RC!). To make this easier we would recommend that you login to your Answer-RC account and add any known required items to your cart in advance, we can then use the cart to save time and complete the order for you over the phone.

 

Stock Levels

Our online website displays live stock levels if an item is in-stock, if it is not currently available but you are interested we urge you to use the "Notify me when available" function on the product page, in which you will then receive an automated notification once the item is back in-stock. On the rare occasion there is a stock discrepancy, and an item isn’t available at the time of packing, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with alternative options, estimated lead time, or a refund should you prefer.

 

Payment (Retail Sales)

All retail sales payments are handled via PayPal, who are a well-known and trusted third party payment provider. Once you have selected to Pay with PayPal, you will have the option of either:

  • A: Logging in and paying via your PayPal account balance.
  • B: Paying using a valid debit or credit card (PayPal account registration not required).

There is also an additional option of PayPal Pay Later - In which you can split your payment into 3 interest-free amounts. Please note this credit option is solely offered by PayPal and is not overseen by Answer-RC.

Alternatively, you are also welcome to contact us on 01772 626777 and we can process your card payment over the phone, with most major debit and credit cards are accepted. Again, as per above information for 'Placing an order', please have your cart complete whilst logged in to your Answer-RC account prior to calling, just to speed things up!

Please Note: Answer-RC do not have access to your PayPal account or details in anyway whilst you’re completing your transaction, nor will we ever ask for any of your PayPal login credentials.

Payment (Trade Sales)

All trade customer accounts registered on Answer-RC are subject to pre-arranged payments, usually with payment via bank transfer of which bank details will be provided via automated order confirmation once you have selected the appropriate payment option at checkout. Currency

By default, all prices are in GBP (Great British Pounds), however USD and Euro pricing is available via the selection on the main page. Any exchange rates are calculated by the payment provider at checkout.
