These are the revised version 2 closed cell, medium firmness inserts, which are slightly larger than the existing V1 inserts from OGO and primarily designed to be used with OGO's own, new 83mm V2 dish wheels.

As you'd expect, these are also fully compatible with any other standard fitment 1/8 buggy tyre.
